안녕하세요? 태은랩앤코 대표 김 태 은 입니다. 태은랩앤코를 찾아주셔서 감사합니다. 태은랩앤코는 ‘데이터 융합으로 지속 가능한 연구와 콘텐츠를’ 이라는 슬로건 아래, 연구의 언어로 세상을 읽고, 정책의 언어로 미래를 설계합니다. 연구 용역을 추진하면서 실제 현장에서의 정책 평가와 모니터링을 통해 데이터 기반의 함의와 제언을 도출합니다. 또한 사회과학 분야 연구자들의 학술 연구의 어려움을 해소하며 우리 사회의 발전에 기여하고 있습니다. 그 밖에 자체 수행 역량이 있어서 웹사이트 제작, 홍보 영상 제작 등을 직접 생산하는 업체이기도 합니다. 특히, 2020년부터 창업 영역에서 활동을 하면서 기관 등을 통해 멘토 역할을 2024년 5월까지 이어오다가, 태은랩앤코의 창업 교육 및 멘토링 기능을 주식회사 더필드플레이어로 이관하여 자체 서비스인 PARANAVI® Series로 세상에 기여하고 있습니다. 이전에는 연구와 사업이 하나는 형이상학적이고, 다른 하나는 너무 실무적이라고만 생각했었지만, 어느 순간 두 영역의 공통 지점을 발견을 하고, 이제는 태은랩앤코는 어떻게든 연구의 명맥을 이어가는 곳으로 정의하고자 합니다. 연구 용역을 하기 위해 일반대학원 전일제 학위 과정을 보냈고, 실제 연구 보조원 시절부터 지금의 연구 책임자에 이르기까지 셀 수 없는 용역에 참여했고, 개인적으로는 학술 논문을 출판해 왔습니다. 사업은 가장 설레는 일이지만 연구하는 것은 가장 재미있는 일입니다. 앞으로도 연구라는 중심을 잃지 않고 우리 사회를 이롭게 하는데 애쓰겠습니다. 감사합니다. 2025. 10.

Hello, I am Tae-eun Kim, CEO of TAEEUNLAB&CO. Thank you for visiting our website. At TAEEUNLAB&CO, under the slogan “Data Convergence for Sustainable Research and Content,” we read the world through the language of research, and design the future through the language of policy. Through on-site research projects, policy evaluations, and continuous monitoring activities, we derive data-driven insights and practical policy suggestions. In doing so, we strive to alleviate the challenges faced by social science researchers and contribute to the advancement of our society. Beyond research, we also possess in-house production capabilities developing websites, creating promotional videos, and producing various forms of digital content directly within our team. Since 2020, I have also been engaged in the field of entrepreneurship education, serving as a mentor through various public and institutional programs until May 2024. Thereafter, TAEEUNLAB&CO’s entrepreneurship and mentoring functions were transferred to The Field Player Co., Ltd., which now serves the PARANAVI® Series of services. In the past, I used to think that research belonged to the metaphysical realm, while business was purely practical. At some point, however, I discovered the profound intersection between the two. Today, I define TAEEUNLAB&CO as an organization devoted to sustaining the lineage of research no matter the challenges. My journey has been deeply rooted in research. From my early years as a research assistant to my current role as principal investigator, I have participated in countless projects and published numerous academic papers along the way. Running a business is always exciting, but conducting research is, to me, the most joyful pursuit. I will continue to uphold the core of research and devote myself to creating value that benefits our society. Thank you. October 2025
